咲太の先輩で恋人。峰ヶ原高校3年生。彼女は芸能界を去って間もなく思春期症候群を患い、皆の記憶から消えてしまった（理由は学校で誰からも注目されなかったため）。バニーの着ぐるみを着て図書室に行ったところ、学校の後輩である咲太に見られていることに気づく。咲太のおかげで思春期症候群は治った。その後咲太の恋人となった。性格的には、麻衣は大人で礼儀正しく、とても親切です。楓を優しく扱うなど、他の人を助けることがよくあります。半分は自分が同じ病気を患っていることを知っているからであり、もう半分は私が社会に溶け込むのを手伝ってくれるからです。イライラしやすいが純情な性格で、咲太のちょっと変わったイタズラにも照れることもある。咲太同様、彼女も非常に利他的な性格を持っています。
